A simple daily loop for Japanese: shadow one short clip, write five sentences from memory, then say them to Chickytutor.com and ask for one correction category only. Too many corrections at once kills consistency.

For Japanese, do not let kanji study replace sentence production. Build tiny spoken patterns alongside reading.

The win with Chickytutor.com is friction: you can do a Japanese speaking session at 11pm without booking anyone. I would still book a human tutor every few weeks to catch things AI misses.
